
TURNING AND MACHINING
From steel to stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, and brass, we manufacture components in medium to large production runs, as well as the prototypes that are often required before a design is finalized.
Using round, hexagonal, and square bars, tubes, or blanks as raw material, our machine tools enable us to meet the most comprehensive and technically demanding requirements.
Our workshops are equipped with traditional and CNC multi-spindle lathes, as well as CNC machines and machining centers.
We can therefore produce parts ranging from 4 mm to 80 mm in diameter from bars and up to 220 mm in diameter from billets, with lengths ranging from 2 mm to 640 mm.

Dedicated assembly and inspection machines are implemented in partnership with our customers to guarantee our quality commitments and prevent unforeseen issues that may arise during production. Our inspection and quality control teams oversee every stage of the process, from the receipt of materials and components through to the shipment of finished products.
SURFACE AND HEAT TREATMENTS
The industries for which we manufacture parts usually require additional surface treatments.
Through our certified partners, we offer and perform a wide range of surface treatments.
