Manufacturer of components for the connector sector – Precision turning

Our components are used in a wide range of connector applications. Our machined parts and turned components actively contribute to the advancement of connector technology across the hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical fields.

Examples of our machined parts for the hydraulic and electrical industries

Subassembly plunger guide, Guide in S300Pb and Plunger in Z30CF13 for hydraulic control joystick

Subassembly designed for a hydraulic control joystick.
The components are produced by precision turning:

  • the guide, machined from 11SMn30 turning steel,
  • the plunger, manufactured from stainless steel Z30CF13.

Both parts then undergo several finishing and treatment processes:

  • vacuum hardening to ensure mechanical properties,
  • grinding to guarantee dimensional accuracy,
  • chemical nickel plating to enhance corrosion resistance and durability.

The final assembly is performed automatically on a dedicated line, including the integration of seals and retaining rings, to meet the strict sealing, reliability, and performance requirements of the hydraulic sector.

Coupler in XC38PB

This coupler is used as an accessory in a hydraulic system, where it provides the connection and secure retention between different components subjected to high pressures.

It is machined on a multi-spindle lathe from XC38PBsteel, a material known for its good machinability, mechanical strength, and ability to withstand repeated stress. Several subsequent processes are performed: vibratory finishing, heat treatment, surface treatment, followed by thread coating.

Compensator in 44SMn28 (Ø15.3) for brake control

This brake control compensator is a hydraulic regulating component integrated into braking systems, particularly for agricultural, industrial, and construction machinery.

It plays a critical role in managing braking pressure. It is machined in ETG100 on a multi-spindle lathe, then subjected to grinding before undergoing gas nitrocarburizing. A final blow-off is performed to remove the powdery residue resulting from the heat treatment, thus completing a precise and controlled manufacturing process

Spool in ETG100 (Ø13.3 to Ø18.3)

Hydraulic spool intended for valves to ensure control of fluid flow.

This long part is machined from the technical material ETG100 on a sliding headstock turning machine, especially suited for long, high-precision parts. A blow-off operation finalizes the process to remove machining residues and ensure internal cleanliness.

Numerous variants are produced, with different diameters and lengths, for series ranging from approximately 100 to 1,000 pieces per product reference, to meet the diverse needs of the hydraulic sector.

Regeneration connector in 100C6 and S300Pb

A component performing a regeneration function in a hydraulic circuit.

This subassembly consists of two components produced by precision turning precision turning:

  • one made from 100C6 steel, characterized by its high carbon content and excellent heat treatment capability,
  • the other manufactured from 11SMn30 steel, a material suited for fast and precise machining.

These elements are then assembled with a spring and seals to ensure hydraulic operation and system sealing. A threadlocker is applied to the threading of one of the parts to secure the assembly and prevent loosening in service.

Spool valve in S250Pb (Ø12.3h8 ground)

This Spool valve is a critical component of hydraulic control, directing fluid flow to the various ports of the distributor.

It is machined on CNC equipment from a ground 11SMnPb30 bar, a material especially suited for precision turning operations.

Numerous variants are produced, with different lengths and diameters, in batches ranging from approximately 500 to 10,000 pieces per reference, to meet the diverse requirements of hydraulic applications.
