Lubrication piston made of pre-treated 42CrMo14 steel 270-310 HB10-3000 – transmission component
This lubrication piston is a component of the internal oil circuit, responsible for distributing or regulating the flow of lubricant to the mechanical components of the transmission. It is manufactured using bar turning to achieve high dimensional accuracy and excellent repeatability.
It is made from pre-treated 42CrMo4 steel, a material known for its mechanical strength, toughness, and ability to withstand high stresses, making it an ideal choice for the demanding environments of the agricultural sector.
TU37B Lubrication Tube (Ø14 x Ø16) – Transmission component
This clutch lubrication tube is a conduit designed to deliver oil to the clutch mechanism, ensuring its optimal operation.
It ensures a steady supply of lubricant, which is essential for limiting component wear, reducing overheating, and maintaining system reliability. It is designed for the agricultural market and manufactured through bar turning from TU37B tubing to ensure high dimensional accuracy and consistent quality.
To meet the customer’s requirement for zero burrs, the part undergoes thermal deburring, a process capable of effectively removing all internal and external burrs, even in hard-to-reach areas.
Sleeve assembly with seals in S300Pb (Ø26) – engine component
Installed in the engine block, this sleeve assembly acts as the liner within which the piston slides.
It provides guiding surface for the piston, ensures cylinder sealing, and contributes to the proper thermal and mechanical operation of the engine. This part is produced by multi-spindle turning, which enables fast, precise, and consistently repeatable manufacturing. Annual production exceeds 350,000 pieces.
An automatic seal assembly is then carried out in our specialized workshop, ensuring reliable and controlled installation.
